"I started a 16-week personal training package meeting my coach twice a week. Before this I had been exercising, eating, and trying to live a healthy lifestyle for about three years. Although I was doing my best on my own I did not see any results, and I started to lose my motivation for it. So to not let it happen, I decided to invest in having a coach. During these 16 weeks with my coach I noticed that even though I thought I knew something about training and living healthy, this was light years ahead what I was used to! It was unbelievable how much I learned, and to be honest I realized that earlier I've been doing things wrong, or at least not the way it would bring me the results I wanted. My coach was pure expert, but also a great motivator. Whenever I felt like I just could not do anymore, somehow he always brought the faith back in me and we moved forwards every week. At the start I was squatting only with the bar and in just few weeks we doubled that. After 16 weeks, the squat  with a bar changed to 90 kg squat which feels just amazing. "When having a personal trainer became popular, I straight away thought this is my thing. From 2012 to 2014 I exercised with three different personal trainers. I always thought like personal training is definetely giving me something, but still I didn't get the feeling like "This is awesome! This is my coach!". Training and all the tips were nice yes, but instead of it being nice I was looking more of an WOW-effect. So for this reason I kept changing my coach. Year 2015 I started with my coach at PHI, and still on 2018 I'm on that journey. Finally I found a personal trainer who gives me that WOW-effect every week, even after years of training. My coach always brings something new on the table, and the vary of professionalism is one reason why I've continued this so long. Progressive program keeps my mind and body focused, and I'm constantly happy about the results I've got. If I want to prepare for a marathon I get support for that goal, and my program is built to give me the best possible performanc for my run. If I want to start swimming, my program  is made for that goal, if I start to play tennis my program is specifically built for the sport. I like to do many different activities, and I keep changing my hobgies quite often, but I've never stopped gym training!
